For claims amounting to P15,000 or less, Pioneer Fastbreak offers speedy and fair settlement of claims in as short as three hours in cases of own damage or theft of accessories of your insured vehicle.
Procedures for quick claims processing:
- Give notice of accident by phone or in person
- Submit the following documents:
For Own Damage -
- Police report or personal affidavit
- Copy of owner's driver's license / O.R.
- Copy of insured vehicle's Certificate of Registration / O.R.
- Copy of vehicle's Repair Estimate from an accredited shop*
- Copy of the Deed of Sale (if the Insured is not the vehicle's original owner)
- Copy of the Motor policy with Pioneer Insurance
- Copy of the policy's O.R.
For Third Party Liability - Same documents as indicated above, plus:
- Copy of the third party (TP) driver's license / O.R.
- Copy of TP vehicle's Repair Estimate from an accredited shop*
- Certificate of No Claim from TP's insurance company, if any
